Lyon-Lincoln, along with Basin Electric, annually awards a $1,000 scholarship to a dependant of one of our consumers. Applications are available now and the deadline for this scholarship is February 12th, 2010. The selection process is handled by a committee at the local level, and the candidates must provide

information regarding ACT and SAT ratings, GPA, and extracurricular school and community activities.

The applicant must be a student who is enrolled or planning to enroll in a full-time graduate or undergraduate course of study at an accredited, two year or four year college, university, or vocational/technical school.

Operation Roundup Scholarship Application is offered through each of the area high-schools in our service area (Canby, Lincoln HI, Marshall, Minneota, R-T-R, and Tracy) - contact the school guidance counselor for more information.
